It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that issue involved in this writ petition relates to transfer of the petitioner on medical ground.

Upon drawing attention of this Court to a document at page 23 of the writ petition it has been submitted that on 15th February, 2022 transfer application of the petitioner on compliance of necessary formalities was forwarded to the office of the Commission for taking decision but the Commission has not taken any decision till date.

The Commission is represented by the learned advocate who has submitted that in the event direction is given upon the Commission appropriate steps shall be taken in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and perusing the record, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent no. 2 to take decision on transfer application of the petitioner by fortnight from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by the respondent no. 2 shall be communicated to the petitioner by one week thereafter. The transfer application of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utshasree portal.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
