It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having raised the above grievance before the respondent authorities, the respondent authorities have failed, neglected and refused to take any steps in the matter. There is complete inaction of the respondent authorities insofar as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned.

The Zilla Parishad is represented and submits that the concerned representation is to be decided and adjudicated upon by the respondent no. 6 who is the S.D.

In view of the above, WPA 25813 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to consider

and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24th September, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 6 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation and after hearing all the parties.
