No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 5345 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Kushmandi Police Station Case No. 195 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022 under Sections 420/468/471/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Smt. Atosi @ Atashi Chakrabarty ...... petitioner Mr. Prabir Adhya Mr. Dibakar Bhattacharya ....for the petitioners Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Mamata Jana ....for the State There are statements of several persons claiming that money used to be deposited into the account held by the petitioner for the purpose of obtaining jobs. Apparently, the petitioner is a part of a racket promising job in lieu of money.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5345 of 2022 is dismissed.
