1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the application under Order 11 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in Title Suit No. 147 of 2022 along with the said suit pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Amta, Howrah.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said application under Order 11 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order and also take necessary steps for expeditious disposal of the suit thereafter.
