Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that except the birth certificate all the other documents which are submitted for obtaining the passport are genuine. The Investigation of Patuli P. S. Case No. 192 dated 10-08-2023 is in progress. Learned advocate submits that the authority who was deputed for the issuance of birth certificate has been hauled up at Ranchi and criminal case is pending against him. Be that as it may, Patuli PS is investigating the case. Having regard to the subject matter which involves assessment regarding the genuineness of the documents concerned, I am of the view that at the investigating stage, this court will not scrutinize regarding the truth, falsity or veracity of the documents. Consequently, no interference is made in this revisional application.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take up such issues before

the Investigating Agency.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4146 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
