Md. Younush Mondal ...for the Petitioners Mr. Mihir Kundu, Ms. Debangana Dey Nayak ...for KMC The petitioners allege that respondent nos. 8, 9 & 10 have already demolished the part of the boundary wall that demarcated the plot of the petitioners and that of respondent nos. 8, 9 & 10.

The petitioners seek a direction upon the Municipality to allow him to repair the boundary wall. I am of the view for such a repair work, no permission is needed from the Corporation. If the petitioners are prevented from repairing the boundary wall in any unlawful manner, they will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum against such act.

Accordingly, WPA 24662/2023 is disposed of.
