Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has prayed for modification of the conditions of bail granted on 25.11.2025.

I have taken into account the fact that till date, the victim has not been examined. Accordingly, at this stage, I am not inclined to relax the conditions as prayed for. The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed.
