The prayer in the writ petition is rather strange. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authority to comply with the provision of Section 175(3) of the BNSS and register a case against the private respondents. It appears that pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner under Section 175(3) of the BNSS, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur has directed the Inspector in charge, Narendrapur Police Station to investigate into the allegations either by him or by any other police officer in terms of the petition. In view of the above, further intervention is not required by this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
