In re: I.A. CAN 2 of 2022 This application has been taken out by the petitioner for deleting the name of the opposite party no.2 from the array of the respondents. Since the petitioner does not wish to proceed against the opposite party no.2, the name of the opposite party no.2 stands deleted from the cause title of the revision petition.

The department shall carry out necessary amendments within a fortnight from date.

I.A. CAN 2 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of. In re : I.A. CAN 3 of 2022.

This is an application made by the revision petitioner and the opposite party no.1 jointly praying

for disposal of the revisional application in terms of the compromise recorded in paragraph 2 of this application which is to the effect the applicant no. 2/opposite party no.1 will accept Rs.70,000/- in full and final settlement of his claim in CDF Case No. 130 of 2006. A pay order for Rs.70,000/-has been made over by learned advocate for the petitioner to learned advocate for the opposite party no.1 in Court today. In view of the above, the revisional application being C.O. 3413 of 2010 is disposed of along with the applications being I.A. CAN 3 of 2022 and I.A. CAN 1 of 2014 (Old No. CAN 12276 of 2014).

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
