1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.

2. Challenging the notice dated 9th October 2019, issued by the concerned Bank under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

3. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
