Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statements of the victims and the injury reports. Statements of the victims show petitioners had assaulted them with dangerous weapons. As a result, they suffered fracture injury and hospitalization. They do not stand on the same footing with the female accused who have been granted anticipatory bail.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
