1. Materials on record suggest that petitioner was involved in a dacoity which resulted in murder. Stolen articles, a fire arms used were recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner. The motor-cycle used in the course of the dacoity was also recovered from the petitioner.

2. Given such materials on record, the gravity of the offences involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner notwithstanding the period of custody of the petitioner to one year eight months.

3. C.R.M (DB) 3538 of 2024, is accordingly rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
