In spite of having taken accommodation of this Court on the last occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing on September 3, 2025, no one has represented the alleged contemnor today in Court when the matter was called on.

Mr. Banerjee has appeared for the contempt petitioner.

Record reveals that the previous accommodation was granted to the alleged contemnor for appointing any learned senior counsel on his behalf.

However, since no steps are seen to be taken as yet, the Court finds it proper to proceed with the contempt application unless and until the alleged contemnor sufficiently shows willingness to proceed with the recalling application as filed by him.

For the said purpose, the matter is adjourned today and shall be listed on 4.11.2025. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
