1. Our attention is drawn to the cause title of the contempt petition. Cause title does not contain the names of two of the alleged contemnors, namely, alleged contemnor nos. 3 and 4.

2. Registrar Administration will submit a report as to how the registry accepted filing of such a contempt petition. Registrar Administration will fix responsibility of the person involved in the department.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file afresh.

4. Petitioners may do so upon depositing costs assessed at Rs.1 lakh payable to the West Bengal State Legal Services Authorities, Kolkata. Petitioners are at liberty to recover such costs from the person or persons responsible for filing such contempt petition.
