Victim was a major and married lady. It is alleged there was a consensual relationship between her and the opposite party no.2.

Under such circumstances, opposite party no.2 was granted bail in August, 2017.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and as almost six years have lapsed since the grant of bail, we find no reason to cancel the same.

Accordingly, the application cancellation of bail is disposed of.
