It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits bail prayer of co-accused was rejected earlier. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused were involved in transportation of narcotic susbtance i.e. 602.5 kgs. of Ganja, which is above commercial quantity in two vehicles. Petitioner is the registered owner of one of the vehicles in question. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
