1. We have seen the report of the Superintendent of Police, Barasat Police District, filed before this Court. The report is dated 03.12.2024. It, Prima facie, appears that the petitioners have been falsely implicated. There is also no adverse report against the petitioners as regards the petitioners complying with the conditions of interim bail.

2. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to and do hereby confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted.
