2. There is no representation on behalf of the opposite parties.

It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred at the behest of the petitioner challenging the impugned order No. 117 dated 18.06.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Title Suit No. 188 of 2001. It appears that this revisional application is pending since the year 2015 and it is reasonably presumed that the present petitioners have lost interest to proceed further with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, being C.O. 3661 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

4. Consequently, all applications filed in connection with the civil revisional application are hereby dismissed.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7.There will be no order as to costs.
