CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS JURISDICTION CRM (DB) 3624 of 2024 In re : An Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with SPL Case No.85/22 corresponding to SPL ST No.9/23 arising out of Kultali Police Station Case No.259/22 dated 01.05.2022 under sections 363/365/368/376DA of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 06 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act which ended up in chargesheet under sections 363/365/368/376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and section 06 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate for the de facto complainant also submits in the similar fashion.

In view of the above, the application CRM(DB) 3624 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.

The interim order granted earlier on 15th January, 2025 is hereby cancelled.
