No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 5351 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Tehatta Police Station Case No. 791 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Sujit Halder ...... petitioner Mr. Suvom Dutta Ms. Ishita Biswas ....for the petitioners Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Mr. Sonali Das ....for the State The petitioner procured an appointment on compassionate ground on the basis of an educational certificate issued by an Institute, now established to be non-existence at the time of issuance of the certificate.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5351 of 2022 is dismissed.
