In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the proceeding to continue shall be a futile exercise. Criminal proceeding being G.R. case no. 688 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nabadwip, Nadia be quashed. Since the first petitioner is on bail, she be set at liberty at once and be discharged from her bail bonds The revisional application is disposed of.

Consequently CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
