It appears from the report as well as submissions made on behalf of the parties that the subsequent encroachments made upon the PWD road has been removed on 8th July, 2022.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 24722 of 2018 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
