Learned advocate for the petitioner, State as well as the private opposite party is present.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the progress of the proceedings before the learned ACJM, Baruipur. In view of the chargesheet so submitted the case is to be tried by a court of sessions. Accordingly, the learned ACJM, Baruipur is directed to complete the process of supply of copies and take steps for committing the case to the learned court of sessions. It has been informed that the next date has been fixed on 11th March, 2024. Accordingly, the learned court would ensure that by 31st March, 2024 the case is committed to the court of sessions. After commitment of the case, the learned court which would be in seisin

of the trial of the case would take steps so that the stage of consideration of charges are overcome by 15th June, 2024. If after consideration of charges, the court is of the view that the trial of the case is to be proceeded then in that case the leaned trial court would fix a schedule consisting of three dates and fix such schedule once in every forty-five days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties.

The Public Prosecutor appearing in the case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses concerned.

All efforts be taken by the stake-holders to cooperate with the trial court so that the trial is concluded within a reasonable period of time.

With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4157 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
