The appearing parties are ad idem on the

point that the matter has been decided on merits by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide its order dated 24th of August, 2020 in MAT 488 of 2020.

It is further submitted that in view of the Hon'ble Division Bench' order (supra), the writ petition along with the connected applications being CAN 4427 of 2020 and CAN 4428 of 2020 also stand decided.

Taking note of the above facts, WPA 23174 of 2019 along with the connected applications being CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No.

CAN 128 of 2020); CAN 2 of 2020 (Old No.

CAN 3428 of 2020) and CAN 3 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 3437 of 2020) are now disposed of as infructuous.
