For the State Learned counsel for the petitioners places an order passed by the National Lok Adalat, Purba Medinipur, Haldia passed on 14th December, 2024 which demonstrates that the case being C.R. case no. 155/2024 was sent to the Lok Adalat for disposal and has been disposed of pursuant to settlement arrived at by and between the parties. The petitioners have been acquitted upon payment of spot fine before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the above, the present application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
