And In Re : Md. Hazikul Alam ..... petitioner Ms. Sreyashee Biswas Ms. Puja Goswami .... for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Ahsok Das .... for the State Bail was granted to opposite party no. 2 in August, 2017 after considering the case diary and in view of the fact that coaccused are on bail. Under such circumstances and that too after lapse of about six years, we find no reason to interfere with the order of granting bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.
