Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the issues raised in the writ petition are covered by the decision of the Division Bench dated August 24, 2020. He submits that, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order of the Division Bench. The parties are represented in Court do not object to such report procedure being adopted by the Court, as suggested by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, WPA 23182 of 2019 along

with all connected applications are disposed of in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench by the order dated August 24, 2020 passed in MAT 488 of 2020 (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. M/s. Abhishek Khanna & Ors.).
