Granting liberty to the parties to act strictly in terms of the aforesaid directions dated 24th August, 2020 (supra). CAN 1 of 2020 (old CAN 270 of 2020) is disposed of.

In view thereof, CAN 2 of 2020 (old CAN 375 of 2020), CAN 3 of 2020 (old CAN 3473 of 2020) and CAN 4 of 2020 (old CAN 3474 of 2020) are accordingly, disposed of.
