Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which Misc. Execution Case No.506 of 2015 is proceeding before the learned ACJM, Chandannagar. Learned advocate submits that the opposite party/husband has been paying a meagre sum of maintenance amount and is escaping to pay the regular amount which has resulted in accumulation of a sum more than 5 lakhs. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the learned ACJM, Chandannagar in connection with Misc. Execution Case No.506 of 2015 will assess the arrears which have accumulated and insist on 10 installments to clear the arrears. Each month the learned Magistrate would fix date for payment of the installments. All efforts be taken so that the arrears are cleared by 31st January, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4162 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
