Faced with such a situation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prayed for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 3703 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is permitted to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a Photostat copy thereof.
