The writ petition was listed on 07.11.2024 when an accommodation was sought for. On 03.12.2024 none represented the petitioner. Today again an accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner is running the business on the property of National Highway Authority of India and a notice has been served by the said Authority. Learned advocate for the private respondents allege that the petitioner is trying to encroach the property of the private respondents.

Be that as it may, so far as the police authorities are concerned, they have no business to

interfere in the given set of circumstances. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25883 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
