1. In the order dated 11.11.2025, it is found that there is a typographical error crept in the case number. The number of writ petition is recorded as WPA No. 25884 of 2025, though the correct number is WPA No. 25884 of 2024. In the order dated 11th November, 2025 the writ petition number shall be read as WPA No. 25884 of 2024 instead of WPA No. 25884 of 2025.

2. Inadvertently in the third line of the paragraph No.7 in the order dated 11th November, 2025 it was recorded as "is lying operation" , it should be read as " is not in operation" and the fourth line of the paragraph No.10 it was recorded as "In such context he relies upon", it should be read as "In such context the petitioner relies upon".

3. The remaining parts of the order dated 11th November, 2025 stand unaltered.
