Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears from the report and is also submitted by learned counsels for the parties that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the private opposite party does not intend to proceed with the matter any further.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the proceeding to continue further shall only be a futile exercise.

In view of the above, the judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court-cum-Railway Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas in complaint (NI Act) case no.108 of 2020 be quashed.

The petitioner be set at liberty at once and be discharged from his bail bond.

The revisional application being CRR 4484 of 2024 is disposed of.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
