For the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed for correction of the land records in respect of the subject premises. It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has taken a loan against the subject premises and immense hardship would be caused on the petitioner if the aforesaid land records are not specifically corrected.

Mr. De appears on behalf of the State and fairly submits that the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer being the respondent No. 4 be requested to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law in view of the grievance raised by the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the petitioner is granted liberty to make representation to the respondent No. 4 in respect of the

grievance of the petitioner. If such representation is received by the respondent No. 4 within a period of two weeks from date, the respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter after giving right of hearing to all the affected parties. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and nothing in this order would be considered as being adjudication in so far as the disposal of the representation of the petitioner is concerned by the respondent No. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 23192 of 2019 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
