The petitioner submits that Rs.70,369/- is still outstanding on account of unpaid security deposit. According to the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor, the amount of Rs.70,369/- cannot be refunded as the petitioner failed to complete all the works.

A reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner as to why the amount shall not be refunded. Once such decision is sent to the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application challenging such decision. As of now, the contempt application is disposed of as the money admissible to the petitioner, according to the alleged contemnor, has been paid. Copies of the cheques paid, are taken on record. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
