Petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the information furnished with the police authorities were not acted upon. Petitioner himself submits that subsequently FIR has been registered. State has submitted a report which reflects that Lalgarh P.S. Case No.108 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 has already been registered for investigation.

Petitioner's main grievance presently is with regard to the persons who are claiming themselves illegally bargadars and are disturbing and interfering with the possession of the property of the petitioner. Having considered the nature of dispute and the fact that police authorities have already registered a case, I am of the opinion that police authorities

would interfere in case there is violation of any law and order. Petitioner, if he is aggrieved any action so far as the investigation of the case is concerned, he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain the genuinity of the contents of the application and thereafter take necessary steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25885 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
