1. Mr. Syed Raihanul Hossain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sonal Sinha, learned counsel for the State are present.

2. With the consent of parties, the matter is finally heard. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

3. It is agreed that pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025, an enquiry has already been initiated by issuing showcause notice dated 17.11.2025 by the respondent no.5 (District Controller of Food and Supplies, Nadia at Krishnanagar). Therefore, this petition may be disposed of by directing respondent no.5 to decide the matter in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, the PIL is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to conclude the proceedings in accordance with law. The said authority shall hear the petitioner and the respondent no.7 also in the said proceedings before taking a final decision. Final decision be

taken expeditiously preferably within 60 days from the date of production of the copy of this order. PIL stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.
