The earlier condition which was passed would be retained. However, in case the petitioner feels that there is necessity of entering into the jurisdiction of his residence, in that case he would seek permission from the learned special court and the learned special court on considering the necessity of the petitioner would allow him to enter into the jurisdiction subject to such terms and conditions as the learned special court deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4207 of 2022 is disposed of.
