Both the writ petitions are taken up together and are being disposed of by a single order.

According to the petitioners the allegations were that there was forgery in respect of a signature and the bank account was malafidely used pursuant to the same.

To that effect, Mr. Datta learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted a report from where it reflects that the police authorities have already registered Survey Park Police Station Case No. 182 dated 05.11.2024 under the relevant provisions of the penal laws.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that after settlement was entered into, the steps were taken by the private respondents which are being embellished to the extent so that a criminal case can be registered.

In view of the criminal case already being registered, the primary grievance of the petitioner has been subserved. If the parties have materials to produce, they will produce the same before the investigating officer dealing with the Survey Park Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 25894 of 2024 and WPA 25890 of 2024 are disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
