In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently while the bail application was preferred in the cause title and the relevant part of the application was incorrectly made to Hanskhali Police Station Case No.24 of 2025. The same was incorrect and the correct number of the case should be Hanskhali Police Station Case No.241 of 2025. The order dated 11.02.2026 passed by this Court reflects that this Court directed the State to produce the case diary of Hanskhali Police Station Case No.241 of 2025 and on perusal of the same the necessary orders were passed. Accordingly, in the order dated 05.02.2026 the reference of the case be read as Hanskhali Police Station Case No.241 of 2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary

corrections in the cause title and other relevant part of the order dated 05.02.2026 so far as the police station case number is concerned.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
