1. We have heard the learned advocates for either of the parties.

2. It appears that the notification has already been issued with regard to the appointment of the applicant and she has joined the post and the arrears and ex gratia has been disbursed.

3. The apprehension expressed by the learned advocate for the applicant is that a formal letter of approval has not been issued.

4. The response given by the learned advocate for the respondent is that the notification clearly says so.

5. However, it appears that in respect of other candidates formal order of approval for specific date has been issued.

6. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondent/alleged contemnor to issue the formal order of approval to the petitioner/applicant within 10 days from date and the petitioner shall be entitled to all benefits.

7. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.
