2. Learned counsel on behalf of State-respondent is, however, present.

3. On perusal of earlier order dated 20th November, 2025, it reveals that on the said day the appellant was also absent.

4. In view of the chronic absence of the appellant, we find no reason to keep the instant appeal pending.

5. Accordingly, MAT No.1978 of 2024 is dismissed for default. Resultantly, the pending applications are also dismissed.
