The writ petition was filed at a stage when the learned CJM, Barasat 24 Parganas (North) was in seisin of C-1666 of 2024 and called for a report from Inspector-in-Charge, Baguiati, 24 Parganas (North) to enquire and submit a report. The next date was fixed on 22nd October, 2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been subsequent orders passed by the learned CJM, Barasat.

In view of the fact that the learned CJM, Barasat has already passed directions, it would be for the petitioner to approach either the jurisdictional criminal court or the revisional court exercising jurisdiction over the learned CJM, Barasat. No interference is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 25920 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
