Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur is virtually present before this Court. A member of his office staff has filed a report enclosing therewith a further report. The same is taken on record.

The S.P., Purba Medinipur has found no omission on the part of the Contai Women Police Station.

However, the petitioners have further grievances which, according to them, have not been addressed by the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur. In the above circumstances, the petitioners shall place their case along with the detailed facts and a written representation before the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur on Saturday i.e. 28th January, 2023 at 2:00 P.M.

The S.P., Purba Medinipur shall give a hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the applicable Rules and laws. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
