Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner in Court today be retained with the records.

The petitioner is an assistant teacher in the subject History and she was serving in a school with zero enrolment. She seeks transfer.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application offline seeking transfer in the prescribed format before the head of the institution disclosing reason for the same. 4.

The head of the institution is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application.

The District Inspector of Schools shall consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing Transfer Rules particularly keeping in mind that there is no student in the school for the petitioner to teach.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 8.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

9.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
