and order of the learned Single Judge disposing of all four writ petitions.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that his client is no longer willing to proceed with the writ petition itself. He cites subsequent events as a ground for withdrawal of such writ petitions. In such circumstances, impugned judgment and order is set aside.

Appellant is allowed to withdraw the writ petitions. F.M.A. 26 of 2025, F.M.A. 27 of 2025, F.M.A. 28 of 2025 and F.M.A. 29 of 2025 along with the connected applications in all the appeals are disposed of. Department will record W.P.A. No. 30705 of 2015 in F.M.A. 26 of 2025, W.P.A. 5856 of 2020 in F.M.A. 27 of 2025, W.P.A. No. 1513 of 2019 in F.M.A. 28 of 2025 and & W.P.A. 10376 of 2021 in F.M.A. 29 of 2025 as dismissed as withdrawn.
