The petitioner alleges that though some Assistant Primary Teachers, who had been selected through the same selection process, have been regularised, he is still continuing his service as a casual employee.

The petitioner has made a representation dated July 18, 2022, before the Chairman, Champdani Municipality for consideration of his prayer.

In the aforesaid facts, I pass a direction upon the Champdani Municipality to consider the representation appearing at page 47 of the writ petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 24705 of 2023 is disposed of.
