Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for an adjournment and submits that he has lost touch with the writ petitioner. Relying on page 77 of the connected application, being CAN No.4788 of 2020 the Counsel for private respondent, Sumonta Mondal, submits that the writ petitioner had expired way back on 12.08.2019 and page 77 is a copy of the certificate of death issued by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Learned Counsel for the State respondents are also present.

I do not find any substitution application in this file. As there is no substitution application and the counsel for the writ petitioner has lost touch with

the petitioner or his legal heirs as submitted by him I dispose of this writ petition.

With the disposal of the WPA 24794 of 2016, CAN 4788 of 2020 and CAN 4790 of 2020 are also disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
