This is an application for a direction upon the trial court for expeditious disposal of a case under Sections 21(C) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Act being Case No. N-193 of 2020 pending before the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act-Cum-Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat.

It is stated by the petitioner that he was arrested while possessing narcotic substance above commercial quantity by the police attached to Baduria Police Station on 18th September, 2020. Since then the petitioner is in custody.

The petitioner has filed this revision being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with an order dated 26th September, 2022 passed by the

learned trial judge. By passing the order dated 27th September, 2022, the learned trial judge rejected prayer of the petitioner for bail. 4.

In the instant application, the petitioner has not averred as to whether the trial court framed charge against her, if the case is taken on peremptory board for trial; if any of the charge sheeted witnesses was examined. In the absence of such information this court is not in a position to pass any order directing the trial judge to expedite the hearing of the case.

The instant revision is, therefore, summarily dismissed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
