Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the order passed on 09.02.2023 by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur in title suit no. 214/2007, till date the police authorities have not rendered their assistance. Petitioner has informed to the Superior Officer of the police authorities including the Officerin-charge on September 30, 2023. State has earlier submitted a report which reflects that earlier Sabang PS Case No. 331/2022 dated 12.09.2022 has been registered for investigation. Subsequently, police authorities have taken steps to maintain peace and tranquility in the area.

In case the police authorities find that they are faced with certain inconveniences in

implementing the order of the civil court, they would file necessary report before the civil court regarding the inconveniences faced by them. In the alternative, police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order of the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24722 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
